Featuring much talked about tag-team fights with Leon and Chris, another popular character in the series, this film sees the characters face off against Glenn Arias, an internationally wanted criminal who uses mercenaries and Bio Organic Weapons (B.O.W.) for a secret plot. Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, and Rebecca Chambers link up to solve the case.

From this film, known for its suspenseful battles, comes a statue of the main character Leon, a member of the Division of Security Operations (DSO)—an organization of agents under the jurisdiction of the United States federal government. This statue sees Leon in the Center Axis Relock stance, a close combat shooting technique used by everyone from law enforcement agents to Hollywood and video game characters. Note the details of Leon’s signature Sentinel Nine, a custom handgun designed for anti-bioterrorism, with a dedicated flash suppressor and high-capacity magazine.

The base is reminiscent of the intense battle with a horde of zombies inside a building in the latter half of the film. To recreate this iconic scene, the diorama base is packed with details such as an empty magazine and scattered shell casings.
